Neutralising ginger tones

Dear Hair Doctor,

I have dyed my hair blonde from black but it's turned ginger! Can a hairdresser fix this for me ASAP?

Hiya,

Yes, a hairdresser can help you!

You will need a colour correction and a hairdresser will have to see your hair before advising you with the best option. They will be able to neutralise the ginger tone and depending on the condition, add some highlights and then work on an action plan to get you to your desired result.

Kind regards,

To go from black to blonde can’t be done in one step; it is something that needs to be done gradually. The best way to do this is a colour journey, which may involve two or three appointments to remove the colour gradually and gently. This is the best way to achieve your ideal colour and maintain condition at the same time.
