I just got my hair cut and the layers are so blunt and poorly done that it looks like I have shoulder length hair with 15cm extensions underneath, even though it's all my real hair! I want to keep my overall hair length long if possible, but I can't stand the awful layers.
What's the best approach to fixing this?
My hair is very short and layered and I also have a double crown, so my hair always goes flat at the back, giving my head an unflattering shape to it. Can you please help.

I used to have dark hair with a lot of blonde streaks, but now it's more dark brown with very few blonde bits. It looks unhealthy and I feel the colour is too dark and makes me look harsh! What colour would you recommend to warm the face?

I have exactly the same issue but I couldn't fully understand all the responses. I too want to achieve width and thickness and a flattering shape, but it doesn't seem to be possible to achieve all three.
