milk_shake Art Team Collaborate for Concept Showcase

Organised by z.one UK Education Manager Josie Deex, the milk_shake Art Team recently took to the stage for a presentation of the latest creative concepts from the milk_shake brand at an EASI hair supplies event in Essex.

Josie was joined on stage by Sam Carpenter (regional education from Wales) and guest artists David Baker (The Vault) and Shelley Pengilly (Shelley’s salon). Whilst Sam and Josie concentrated on the colour techniques, David and Shelley worked the creative cuts, hair-ups and editorial work. 150 hairdressers in the area, who were treated to food, drink and an amazing after party, as well as an inspirational showcase, attended the show. Josie said, 

The show was inspired by the milk_shake z.one concept ‘Femme Homme’ collection. Presented by the UK Art Team, we showcased eight models, coloured by myself, to demonstrate the amazing looks and incredible shine that can be achieved using the new milk_shake Smoothies, Creative and Direct colour ranges.

Since the show, EASI hair supplies have had amazing feedback from local hairdressers, all of whom want to try the milk_shake range in their salons!
