After a lot of colouring my hair is dry and straw like! What should I do?

Last year my hair was dyed black then stripped, then dyed blonde, which went bright orange, then dyed dark brown to cover it.

My hair colour had faded and went a copper colour. Few months ago my sister took to me to a salon where it was dyed brown with red highlights, and cut to shoulder length.

My hair in a very short time has gone copper again. I’m now leaving my hair to grow out, but the hair that is dyed is dry and straw like. What should I do? I use salon conditioner and hair masks but to no effect!

I think you need to keep trying out hair care products until you find the ones that work the best for you. I personally like Kerastase moisture and protein shampoos, conditioners and treatments. When it comes to hair condition, regular trims and patience is the best antidote to dry hair.
