A two-year mentorship and development programme aimed at fostering talent and helping individuals at all stages of their career refine their skills and gain further exposure. The ID ARTIST programme is full of inspirational education and unique hairdressing opportunities. Not only do the successful candidates gain new skills and self-development, but also the opportunity to connect with and learn from like-minded creatives from all over the UK and Ireland.
The ID ARTIST Programme is widely recognised as one the top development programmes in the hairdressing industry. The ID ARTISTS are trained and developed by top industry names for a minimum of five days per year to include: presentation skills, educating fellow hairdressers, digital upskilling, hands-on training, and exclusive previews of new brand launches. Auditions are held at the start of the year with 12 new places available on the upcoming 2024-25 programme. ID ARTIST auditions are open to various skill set combinations. Candidates will be asked to indicate their area of skill and focus in the following categories: hair cutting, styling and/or colouring.
