A Colourful Night for the Fellowship

Share

President Karine Jackson hosted the Fellowship’s Colour Night recently at the Toni & Guy Academy in London, welcoming a host of creative colour gurus to the stage to colour and present their live models on stage.

On the line-up this year was a whole host of colour genius’: Siobhan Golden from Toni&Guy, Mark Creed from Idlewild, M J Farmer from Rush, Ashleigh Hodges from Jamie Stevens Hair, Sean Nolan from HOB Salons, Clayde Baumann from D&J Ambrose, Stuart Ross from Sassoon Academy London and Chloe Ascott from Hare & Bone. And the star of the evening was Robert Eaton, special guest and current British Colour Technician of the Year, who was interviewed by Karine.

These days, we are getting more and more creative with colour every day. With the world of colour developing and products storming the market that let us push the creative boundaries even further. With this in mind, it was always going to be a night of colour explosions and artistic techniques to inspire the minds of the audience. From beautiful blends, deep jewelled emerald green hues, fruity apricot tones coupled with bleached brows, to an incredible dark-to-light colour transformation on a male model from Chloe Ascott.

Colour Night was so inspiring, says attendee Bevan Scott Clark from Hooker & Young, the colours created on the night and the techniques used were so inspiring. I can’t wait to try them out myself and look at colour in a different way!
