Clients and passers-by of the six participating salon branches can nominate a family member, friend or neighbour who is an NHS worker for a free VIP hair and beauty experience.
20 NHS heroes will be chosen at random to receive a haircut and colour, plus a beauty makeover comprising of a brow shape, a manicure and make-up lesson. Post pampering, they will each receive a generous goody bag of hair and beauty products donated by leading industry brands, and they will also be treated to either lunch or dinner at a local restaurant.
All five of the Academy Salons - Claygate, Cobham, Esher, Hersham and Weybridge - are displaying a very large rainbow sticker in their windows alongside details of the promotion. The artist responsible for this eye-catching artwork has donated 10% of his fee to the NHS.
Anyone wishing to nominate an NHS worker can do so by direct messaging on social media or by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. They must include a brief description as to why their nominated NHS employee is a hero. The 20 winners will be announced on the evening before salons are permitted to reopen by the government.
