On Wednesday 30th January, Lee Stafford presented ‘an evening with…’ showcasing his extraordinary cutting techniques to more than 150 people who primarily came from local hair salons.
Lee discussed the development of his links with Chelmsford College and his future hopes for the Chelmsford based Lee Stafford Academy. For Lee the message is a simple one – improving standards to motivate and inspire. Focusing on recently developed NVQ Level 3 cuts designed to stretch and challenge the academy students, Lee used the evening to introduce a number of innovative styles to a captivated audience.
Lee also included not only trainers from the academy to present a number of the techniques, but also featured academy apprentice Rosalie Kelly who demonstrated creative hairstyles which she had presented onstage alongside Lee at the recent Clothes Show Live event at the NEC, Birmingham.
The evening was both informative and highly entertaining with Lee telling stories of his rise in the industry from humble beginnings cutting hair in his Mum’s dining room to becoming an international brand.
Guests found the event both educational and informative, having showcased a training programme that interested a good number of those attending to consider a Lee Stafford Academy apprenticeship or top-up qualification.
To round off the evening every guest received a goody bag so they had a little of Lee Stafford to take away with them.
