In the run up to Hairstylist Appreciation Day on the 30th April 2021, Aveda is showcasing a host of inspirational hair looks created by its salon network, celebrating the creativity and skill of Aveda artists in the UK.
Featuring selected artists across its professional Instagram channel @AvedaUKPro, this year Aveda is not only celebrating the undeniable talent within its network but thanking its artists for showing resilience in the face of adversity and for persevering to find new ways to work, learn, and create during what has been the most challenging year the industry has ever faced.
The stand-out hair looks include a vibrant pink and green statement colour by Jade Gillings from Aveda Exeter and a spicy orange bob by Emma Hinchcliffe from James Dun’s House in Aberdeen.
Hayley Hughes, Aveda National Education Manager UK & Ireland, said:
If the past year has taught us anything, it is that cutting and colouring hair is best reserved for the experts, and many will now understand just how valuable and skilled professional stylists are.
We celebrate our Aveda Artists every day, but Hairstylist Appreciation Day is a great reminder to us all to show our hairdresser some love and thank them for making us look and feel great, despite the challenges they have faced during the pandemic.
