BaByliss PRO support F.A.M.E Team on Tour

The Fellowship’s F.A.M.E Team have just completed a whirlwind tour of Sydney, thanks to the support of BaByliss PRO.

This talented team presented at the internationally renowned Hair Expo Australia, one of the largest trade events in the world; the GenNext show, supporting up and coming talent; and even slotted in time for a BaByliss PRO campaign shoot with David Mannah. Not a bad experience for anyone!

This intense experience began as soon as they stepped off the plane and straight into a casting session with Mannah, quickly followed by an evening with leading Australian hairdressers, Jayne Wild and Gary Latham from Wildlife Salons. The team learned about their business and the progress of the Poppets team, who headlined Hair Expo, and the Masters of Hair Gala, which also took place during the visit.

In between prepping endless wefts, the team, Jordanna Cobella from Cobella, James Earnshaw from Francesco Group, Gavin McIntyre from G&E McIntyres and Ria Kulik from the Hairbank also managed to attend an Australian Hair Council party, held at the city’s Madame Tussauds museum. It was here that they met their antipodean cousins, the Australian F.A.M.E Team.

The trip culminated in an appearance at the much-anticipated GenNext Show, where the team used their BaByliss PRO kit bags to demonstrate the creativity and talent that will secure their places as the industry’s rising stars. Nick Irwin, F.A.M.E Team leader said,

This trip really was the experience of a lifetime for the team. From intense show work and a collection shoot the lessons learned are invaluable for their future careers, in all aspects of hairdressing. They were great ambassadors for the British Hairdressing industry and BaByliss Pro. I’ve personally been a long-time supporter of BaByliss PRO products - for their innovation, ease of use and reliability - and without their support this trip could not have happened so a big thank you to them.
