Bentley Surrey Celebrate New Management

Monday 29th November saw the team at Bentley Surrey in Claygate celebrate Olivia Moore taking over as the new salon management.

After working with some of the biggest names and brands in the industry and realising that the same client complaints come up over and over again, Olivia Moore bought Bentley Surrey in October where she could provide a space where clients really felt listened to. Olivia explained,

Before I bought Bentley Surrey, I heard the same client feedback over and over again, such as ‘I can’t explain how I want it, it’s okay but I wanted it blonde but not too blonde, dark but not brown’ etc. I decided that I wanted to open a salon where the clients are really listened to and the stylists are trained to understand what their clients REALLY want (even if they don’t know how to explain it), so they receive the service they want every visit, every time. I bought this salon and chose a team I knew would be perfect for what I wanted and here we are!
