Business Counts 2019

Business Counts 2019 took place at Whittlebury Park Golf & Country Club on Sunday 13th and Monday 14th October.

The event, sponsored by Sensus and Eufora, consisted of workshops, look and learn demonstrations, motivational speeches, guest speakers and the fabulous show – ‘Whimsical’. It gave hairdressers the opportunity to connect, learn and develop their skills.

The guest speakers this year included the ever-inspiring Gianni Scumaci, who spoke about the hidden intelligence of a hairdresser, and life coach and author Damien Massias who wrote ‘The Magpie Effect’. Gianni also performed a look and learn demonstration as one of the exclusive workshops. Commenting on the event, one of the hairdressers involved in the Whimsical show, Charlotte Sawyer from Retreat Hairdressing said,

This weekend at #businesscounts2019 was huge for me in so many ways. Not only did I, for the first time, have the opportunity to present a little piece of my imagination on stage, to top it off I had the privilege and pleasure to meet and talk with one of my career and hair artist idols, Gianni Scumaci. Listening to Gianni’s story over the weekend was truly inspiring.

Business Counts is an annual event organised by Passion4hair. Passion4hair are proud to support the independent salon owner and stylist and Business Counts portrays this.
