She was named Business Director of the Year 2022 at the annual Professional Beauty Middle East Awards, and currently Tara is working to launch an education platform: the Tara Rose Academy, the first of its kind in the region, as well as launching the first Tara Rose Salon in Dubai in December.
This is what 2022 has meant for Tara and her team:
“At a time when the world is rising from the darkness of the pandemic, we are witnessing challenges that have driven us to a place of more creativity than ever before. We all remember the lockdown when weeks and months passed before some people felt confident to return to the salon for their hair and beauty services.
“The salon teams became front line workers carrying out new sanitising processes to keep each other safe and allowing the salon to open for business every day to welcome clients back and bring colour and pampering back to the forefront of the world we live in.
“The Tara Rose team had some major wins in 2022 but also shared the pain of their Ukrainian colleagues as they struggled with the situation in their home country. We also saw continued mask wearing in salons, as well as new entry rules for clients and making sure your Al Hosn stays on green!!”
Tara focused on positivity and motivation to keep the company on track as she led her team through the year of 2022 grasping opportunities that would keep her business healthy and her people happy.
And she succeeded because she is a true leader who never stops learning and puts people first in her agenda of which we will see more of in 2023!
