Charles Worthington MBE Wins Fellowship for British Hairdressing Lifetime Achievement Award

On Monday 7th December, The Dorchester Hotel hosted The Fellowship Luncheon and Awards 2015. This event showcases and recognises individuals and companies who have contributed towards The Fellowship for British Hairdressing throughout the year. The extraordinary organization is dedicated to promoting the best of British and international professional hairdressing.

Charles Worthington MBE won the Lifetime Achievement Award, having previously twice won ‘Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year’ and received the ‘Fellow with Honours and ‘Fellow with Distinction’ awards in previous years.

Charles delivered an emotional speech in which he thanked his team and his partner, Allan Peters. Charles said,

To win the Fellowship Lifetime Achievement Award is an amazing accolade and I feel so proud to be acknowledged by such an amazing organisation which I have worked with over the past 27 years.

Charles dedicated the award to his late sister, Jane Worthington-Firn, who played a pivotal role in his successful career.
