Ciente Assist At The Miss Hertfordshire Pageant

Ciente's Artistic Director Hayley Welling, and Rising Star assistant Nula Leahy, travelled to Manchester's Palace Hotel on Sunday 14th July to assist with the hairstyling in the Miss Hertfordshire beauty pageant finals.

The overall winner of the pageant was Charlotte White.
