Michelle Griffin spent the day with the individuals as they developed their confidence and skills in presentations. This is an ever important aspect within their careers and Michelle was able to educate the Colour Project Team on how to ensure they convey what is necessary in captivating their audience. With upcoming shows that will see the team demonstrating these skills, Michelle took the time to really work with everyone throughout what was a really exciting day.
The day was based around “everything Fellowship” by Michelle and she had requested that everyone research what The Fellowship stands for in terms of the industry. The information was then presented by individuals in small groups and it was clear that with Michelle, and Project Leader Katie Mulcahy’s, direction everyone was really able to improve how they present.
Michelle Griffin said,
The Colour Project Team did incredibly well and were confident from the start. It was fantastic to get to know them and I felt very proud of our future Colour Project rising stars. I look forward to seeing them present on a Fellowship stage soon.
