Discover the latest innovations with DOSE X Salon International…

DOSE X Salon International is an exciting new symposium that brings together leading specialists, stylists and salon owners to explore and discover the latest innovations and solutions in hair and scalp care.

Founded by Consultant Dermatologist and Medical Trichologist, Dr Sharon Wong, DOSE will be making its Salon International debut on Sunday 12th and Monday 13th October 2025.

Curated by Sharon, the two-day event will bring together leading experts in hair and scalp health to share knowledge with hairdressers, barbers and salon owners. The programme is designed to help hairdressers support their clients with a better understanding of hair and scalp insights and innovations.

Covering the most common hair and scalp conditions seen in the salon, the symposium will also include sessions on menopause hair, hair transplants, textured hair loss, male pattern hair loss and the newsworthy Ozempic-related hair loss. There will be panel discussions that will give delegates the opportunity to talk to other scalp specialists and salon owners offering hair and scalp health services.

Delegates will also be introduced to DOSE, a new range of clinical-grade hair loss solutions, accessible diagnostics and trusted guidance with the aim of collaborating with the hair industry to raise awareness and accessibility.

Dr Sharon says: “We recognise the crucial role hairdressers play in the hair loss journey. They are often the first ones to spot a change in a client’s hair or scalp and the first person that a client turns to for support and solutions. This two-day symposium is bringing education and collaboration together to aid and support hairdressers not only in their knowledge but also give them access to the guidance and experts they need.”

Executive Director Jayne Lewis-Orr said: “We are delighted to welcome DOSE at Salon International. Hair and scalp health is an integral part of a hairdresser’s knowledge, and this new symposium will bring together experts, case studies and education. Together we will help hairdressers and barbers feel more confident to have these conversations with their clients”.
