Enjoying Winning Education at the HOB Academy

Following the Peter Mark annual Hairstyle Awards, Ladies Full Fashion award winner Edita Andonova of Peter Marks Dublin branch, was given the opportunity to come to London and experience the Best in British hairdressing with HJ’s 2008, 2009, and 2011 British Hairdresser of the Year, Akin Konizi.

Edita’s award entry was judged by the expert eye of HOB Salons very own Sean Dawson, whose reputable knowledge was put to good work when the finalists were asked to present their models to the judges in February this year.

As part of her prize, Edita got to indulge in HOB Academy’s five star education, taking place on the Advanced Creative’s course led by Akin alongside Creative and Education team members Andrea Martinelli and Darren Bain.

Speaking about her time on the two day course Edita said,

I have absolutely loved my time at the HOB Academy, the way that the HOB Creative Team work is so inspiring. To learn from not only the British Hairdresser of the Year but also the Artistic Team of the Year has left me truly in awe of the work they do. I have enjoyed seeing how they each put their signatures on the HOB technique, but keep the fundamentals strong, I would love to come back again.
