Fellowship Scholarship winner, Georgina Cadwallader from KJM Salons in Fleet recently completed week two of her Fellowship Scholarship, taking on the Sassoon Blondes course at the Sassoon Academy in London.
Sassoon Blondes is the perfect course for colourists who dream of achieving blonde perfection. It was three days of colour correcting, toning and everything in between. Georgina’s mentors taught her everything she needed to know about colour choice in relation to depth, tone and warm and cool skin tones, application and technique, through guided sessions and demonstrations.
I loved learning about and working on scalp bleach applications, says Georgina, the course was so enjoyable and I have taken away so many new skills and techniques!
Practical colour sessions on models combined with lectures and theory meant there was never a dull moment. Georgina left the course with a greater understanding of the principles of colour theory, as well as being an expert in the importance of accurate application.
Sassoon Blondes has been my favourite week of the scholarship so far. It’s challenged my colour perceptions and definitely made me look at colour in a different way. I loved it! Roll on week three...
