Field Sales Manager Wanted for the South East

Good Salon Guide rates Hairdressing and Beauty Salons across the U.K, Ireland, UAE and Malta and promotes them to the public.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our already successful and dynamic team in the South East. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for new sales with a drive to succeed and meet targets.

You will already be in a sales role and have a proven track record for generating leads and new business.

Main Responsibilities / Competences

• Two years plus experience in field sales
• Experience in territory management
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Confident and tenacious
• Strong communication and telephone skills
• Self motivated
• Able to demonstrate presentation skills which will include strong negotiation and influencing
• Ability to work independently
• Social media awareness
• IT Literate
• Full UK driving licence

We offer a salary of £28,000 (inc car allowance) with an achievable OTE of £40,000 (uncapped), generous fuel allowance, iPad, phone and pension contributions.
