The Brooks & Brooks creative team have been inspiring hairdressers throughout lockdown with their online education courses - and senior artistic team member, Marlon Hawkins, will be holding the final course on 9th June at 10am.

Entitled Creative Rewind, the course will be looking at the building blocks to your creativity without forgetting the foundations and how important they are. The three-hour course will cover colouring, super styling, an insight into braids the Marlon way and much more. Marlon says:

We’ve had a great response to our other two courses - long hair with Kayleigh Twigg and colour with Grace Dalgleish - and I wanted to encourage people to think about the way they work creatively with my course. All we ask is for attendees to donate to our charity - and I have chosen My New Hair. Founded by Trevor Sorbie, it helps those who have lost their hair through cancer and other chemical related illnesses. We have the power to make people look and feel amazing and that is one of the reasons we all became hairdressers. What a great way to give your creativity a boost while helping an amazing charity at the same time.

The team have raised more than £2,500 for NHS charities and The Hair & Beauty Charity and hope to raise much-needed funds for My New Hair in this third and final session. Here is the link to Marlon’s just giving page. Attendees will receive a link to join the course.
