This season the exciting collaboration between the standout professional hairstyling brand Fudge and the award-winning national HOB Salons group at the London Collections: Men, was a huge success.

The impressive pop-up salon ‘The Fudge Fix’, which was based at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden from Monday 6th - Wednesday 8th January 2014, was host to over 100 appointments over the three days as well as a huge number of spontaneous drop-ins. In fact so many London Collections: Men guests attended the pop-up salon that the stylists favoured the super quick club sandwich and Jelly Belly Jelly Beans mixed with sugar free Red Bull as a survival method between appointments!

HOB Salons gathered eight of their top stylists including Adam Carvin, Ian Rotman, Christina Tescu, Amy Blythe and Nestor Sanchez, and set to work grooming the fashionistas passing by. Not only did the pop-up salon offer attendees complimentary blow-dries and styling, but you could also get a quick cut in-between shows too.

Over the three days the stylists got through a huge 100 plus hair appointments and used over 25 cans of Skyscraper, 20 units of Elevate Styling Powder, 24 pots of Shaper, 20 tubes of Hair Gum and so much Putty that they lost count!

Stephanie Bruce, education manager at Fudge commented on the collaboration,

The collaboration between Fudge and HOB Salons was amazing – the fundamental element to making a pop-up salon work, especially at an event as high profile as this, is having a team of directional, forward-thinking hairstylists who can handle everything from a fringe trim to a total restyle. The hob team do this with absolute ease – it was a pleasure to work with such professionals.
