Get Real About Retail with Liz McKeon

International Salon Business Expert, Liz McKeon has recently hosted a new, insightful, high-level programme for salon owners – Time To Get Real About Retail.

The new programme provides valuable insights to business owners on how to best leverage the opportunities that retail sales present to attract and retain exceptional star team members.

With retail being one of the many challenges that business owners face and Liz’s personal experience in achieving a 70% retail turnover in her own business, Liz decided that the retail process she developed could be an integral programme to attend for those looking to build their retail business and maximise retail as a strong revenue stream during 2024. 

The programme is also suitable for brands who are looking to help stockists increase their retail sales and for salon owners who are struggling with retaining top talent in the salon. The programme will help salon owners identify how they can structure their retail department and attract, retain, and increase loyalty to their business. This, in turn, will increase client retention and profit per salon visit.

Throughout the programme Liz will lecture on several topics, including:

Two weeks after the programme, Liz will provide salon owners and managers with an online Zoom session to assess how everything they have put into practice is working, along with an update on the improvement of their sales.
