ghd Launches Hunt for New Breed of Brand Ambassadors

Share

ghd is looking for the next generation of innovators and trendsetters to be a part of an exciting new program for talented, passionate and dedicated followers of the company; the ghd brand warriors.

The program will see exciting and inspiring hairstylists from up and down the country recruited as local ambassadors for ghd, with a host of exciting opportunities available in return for their support of the brand.

As brand warriors, ghd’s select group of stylists will enjoy opportunities for education, money-can’t-buy opportunities, exposure within the industry and – crucially – a competitive day rate.

They’ll be given the chance to receive full training on all things ghd, backed up by the brand’s intense understanding of the science of hair, consumer-friendly trends and take-home looks and products that clients will love. They’ll also be showcased on social media, help develop new looks and bring them to life on camera for ghd’s new online education portal.

And, on top of that, the new brand warriors will join leading names like Adam Reed and Zoe Irwin as the public face of ghd, enjoying the validity and industry acumen those names afford. It’s the ideal opportunity to swell industry credibility and gain experience with the support of a leading manufacturer and enjoy plenty of opportunities for growth and exposure too.

The selected panel of regional brand warriors will form ghd’s team of independent freelance educators across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Working, on average, once a week, they will carry out training, head up events and present at shows and launches on behalf of the brand.

ghd is searching for stylists that are creative, engaging, confident presenters, keen to develop their profile and existing fans of the brand. They must also be qualified senior stylists who are available to work on a freelance basis in a set territory. They will ideally be available 1-2 days per week, hold a full driving licence and be happy to work on a self-employed basis. In return, ghd will provide an education kit, full training and support and a competitive day rate.

Interested stylists should send their CV to [email protected] explaining why they’re interested in the role, and must be available for an interview in Leeds on 9-10 January, or London on 11-12 January.
