On Monday 22nd February 2016, award-winning HOB Salon Group held their first Graduation Ceremony at the HOB Academy in Camden to celebrate the success of their apprentices.
26 of the HOB apprentices received their Intermediate Apprenticeship Frameworks in Hairdressing and Barbering. Alongside the apprentices, HOB celebrated eight of their graduate stylists and colour technicians, who received their final qualification and have joined their peers on the HOB Salon floor as fully qualified hairstylists or colour technicians. Parents, partners and friends attended the ceremony together with HOB managers, salon managers, assessors and educators to recognise the apprentice achievements over a drinks reception, as each were presented with their Certificate of Achievement.
On the night, the academy team recognised one graduate in particular who showed true determination and passion throughout her training. Rebecca Honeyborne from HOB, St Albans consistently went above and beyond to demonstrate true professionalism both in the salon and in the Academy. From attending the academy on her day off, to always arranging her models and striving to achieve her qualification even earlier than expected, Rebecca is well on her way to pursuing her dream as a HOB stylist.
The Apprenticeship Programme represents HOB Salons’ unwavering dedication to excellence and their passion for education.
