ghd invited the graduates’ parents, friends and industry peers to enjoy canapés and bubbly at a special and intimate graduation ceremony where a panel of four ghd experts discussed hairdressing opportunities, shared their incredible stories and offered invaluable advice to the graduates. The professional education panel included Anton Alexander, ghd seminar education manager, Leighanne Regan, session stylist, Patrick Wilson from ghd art team and ghd educator Tom Hart.
Anton commented on this year’s education programme and the students’ improvements,
It’s been another incredible year to teach alongside Zoe Irwin on the Graduate Styling Programme. It’s a privilege to have such dedicated talent to nurture both in-house and online, and to see them achieve a recognised styling qualification with VTCT. It was a wonderful night to be able to share and showcase students’ hard work and commitment with employers, family and friends. The team will be truly missed but not forgotten, as I’m sure it is not a goodbye from us at ghd!
The ghd graduate styling programme embraces all areas of styling through a variety of seminars taught by industry experts. The course is based at ghd’s stunning studio in Soho, London and runs from April to November.
