Existing feature, WhatsApp colour matching is still available. Speaking about the new launch, co-owner of Hair Choice Extensions, Josh Kelly stated:
With the new website, we really wanted to give our customers the best possible user experience – whether this was for trade or consumer, client usability was always at the forefront of our minds. We recognise that the busy Hair Choice client or stockist needs access to ordering new products and supporting services 24 hours a day. We also recognised from a consumer perspective there was a gap to include services such as a hair length guide and video tutorial guides to enable the customer to order the right product, therefore reducing our exchange rate – making the whole business more efficient.
