Happy Birthday FHA

Indola, the UK’s exclusively professional haircare range, would like to wish the FHA a very Happy Birthday on the eve of their Inspire Event (10th June 2018).

Launched 25 years ago, the Freelance Hairdressers Association (FHA) was established to provide a network for freelance and mobile hairdressers - the go-to place for support for the 300,000 hairstylists and colourists who are self-employed and work across the UK.

Today it supports the UK hairdressing industry with a wealth of online advice, a calendar of seasonal events and regional training days. On the 10th June, they will be hosting their annual ‘Inspire’ event where the whole of the freelance hairdressing sector is invited to come together and learn from some of the top names within the industry.

This year’s Inspire event will see Global Ambassadors for Indola, Andy Smith and Chanel Nott, presenting their Street Style Collection for 2018 - including the Spring and Summer looks of Military Edge, Modern Metal, Sheer Botanic and Pure Basics.

Speaking of the event and Indola’s new collection, Nick Biggane, Trade Marketing Manager for Indola, said,

Since its first event in 1996, the FHA has attracted hairdressing’s top names to Inspire – including the likes of Trevor Sorbie, Charles Worthington, Andrew Barton and Patrick Cameron - who will be joining Andy and Chanel on stage again this year.
