Award-winning hairdressing group, HOB Salons are taking education to the next level as the Skills Funding Agency has awarded the 24 salons group a direct grant which enables them to deliver the complete Apprenticeship framework to all HOB Apprentices.
Housed at the Assistant Academy at Harmood Grove in Camden, minutes from the flagship HOB Academy in the heart of Camden Town, this exciting new development sees the group able to deliver Intermediate and Advanced Levels in both Hairdressing and Barbering under the VTCT awarding body.
Reflecting HOB’s unwavering dedication to excellence and their passion for education, this acclaimed company have pushed the boundaries once again to provide their 100 plus apprentices with an in-house assessing team - led by Apprenticeship Programme Manager Claire Ensor and Tutor Assessor Billy Brown, who are on hand five days a week to deliver all apprenticeship training needs.
Welcoming the next generation coming through at HOB Salons to a new realm of apprenticeship training, HOB have been working hard to develop a carefully tailored programme which incorporates HOB’s unique approach to education and their renowned ‘Fundamentals’ programme. Allowing the group to cater to assistants on a far more personal level, this grant will further allow HOB to develop their trainees to the excellent standard of hairdressing that the group are renowned for.
