Share

Schwarzkopf Professional is very proud to present the latest styling stars of the 2015 Young Artistic Team (YAT). The six winners were selected after an intense day of proving their skills and technique to an elite industry judging panel at the ASK Academy in London on the 18th of January.

Judges included ex F.A.M.E Team member Ellenora Dean from Percy & Reed, Clayde Baumann, who is the current BHA Colourist of the Year and Creative Colour Director at D&J Ambrose, Essential Looks ambassador and Creative Director of Real Hair, Andy Smith, Rachael Gibson, online editor of HJi, and Deputy Editor Beth Davie of Creative Head.

2015’s YAT can look forward to exciting opportunities such as their very own photo-shoot, training from Schwarzkopf’s renown ambassadors, stage presentations and a wealth of education sessions. They will be led for the year by YAT manager Catherine Adams. Catherine says,

I am over the moon to be mentoring the Young Artistic Team again this year. It’s going to be a brilliant year for every single one of us and I feel like we are ready to hit the ground running and make the most of the invaluable opportunities that YAT offers.

Judge Andy Smith was thrilled to be a part of the judging process, saying,

I was inspired by some of the competitors. Their work was amazing and their passion just shone through. We have definitely put together a super strong team and I can’t wait to work with them in their upcoming year.
