Introducing Schwarzkopf Professional YAT 2017

Schwarzkopf Professional is very proud to present the latest styling stars of the 2017 Young Artistic Team (YAT).

The six winners were selected after an intense day of proving their skills and techniques to an elite industry judging panel at Easton Regal Hairdressing in London. Judges included session stylist Kim Rance, Tom Connell, the Artistic Director of Trevor Sorbie, and Peter Burkill from HOB Salons.

2017’s YAT can look forward to exciting opportunities such as their very own photo shoot, training from Schwarzkopf’s renowned ambassadors, stage presentations and a wealth of education sessions.

They will be led for the year by YAT managers Catherine Adams and Jamie Farrar. Catherine says,

Having a new team to work with is always so exciting! This year’s members are full of passion and enthusiasm and I can tell they’re really going to grow and thrive as part of the team.

Jamie says,

There’s a lot of amazing people in the team and the judges did a fantastic job. It’s going to be a great year!

Judge Tom Connell was thrilled to be a part of the judging process,

The 2017 Young Artistic Team members were a clear choice on the judging day! While the overall standard was good, the winning members had the skill and depth to set them apart from the rest. It’s a strong team and I’m sure we’ll see them all taking full advantage of their opportunity!
