Headed up by co-directors Sharon Peake and Adam Bryant, the six-strong team represent all areas of the Ethos brand, working together to create a powerhouse of creativity!

Having the Creative Team enables us to draw on each other’s strengths and improve our own skills. We have incredible mutual respect and admiration for one another, which resonates throughout the whole business. Clients love to hear about all we get up to and know that our industry success and ventures make us stronger hairdressers on the salon floor. says Sharon.

Meet the team...

Sharon Peake - The Artist. Sharon’s eye for art introduces the salon and creative team to intricate drawings, stunning paintings and the world of arts and crafts.

Adam Bryant - The Style Specialist. Due to his history in the fashion industry, Adam has a passion for research and an obsession for all things stylish, which he harnesses to combine the works of fashion and hair.

Rosie Binns - The Creator. Rosie’s focused mind and vast ability makes her the team’s go-to girl for everything. From editing videos to making clothes, she can do it all!

Alfie Booth – The Educator. Alfie is an incredible teacher and his intricate haircuts in particular are loved by clients and hairdressers alike. Alfie works exceptionally hard in the salon to offer the very best training to the salon’s younger stylists.

Brent Barlow – The Enthusiast. Brent’s love and passion for hairdressing alongside his dedication to the industry shines through in his willingness to try anything and take a risk.

Terry Longden - The Scientist. What Terry doesn’t know about hair products and technology isn’t worth knowing! Keeping the rest of the team on the ball with hair science and colouring technology, Terry’s depth of knowledge knows no bounds.
