Jack Howard Takes his Balayage Revolution on the Road

Jack Howard, international hair colourist to the likes of Gillian Anderson, Poppy Delevingne and Suki Waterhouse, and now based at Paul Edmonds, has been back on the road for 2015 taking his signature Balayage technique to salons around the UK to educate and inspire colourists.

Gallery 108 in Newcastle, an Aveda salon renowned locally for their expertise in colour, enlisted Jack for a day of on-trend training. Rebecca Watson of Gallery 108 said,

Already known as a ‘Balayage’ salon, we wanted to really perfect our skills – who better to learn from than Jack Howard? I invited colourists from Baroque Harrogate and Salon H Morpeth to join the team for the day; as we’re still a small team, inviting other salons made the day more fun and interesting, allowing us to bounce thoughts and ideas off each other.

Jack Howard said,

It was a really inspiring day at Gallery 108, and what a great idea to team up locally to access training like these three salons did. We’re lucky to work in an industry that really thrives on sharing ideas and creative skills, so it makes sense to pool resources to bring in educators in this way.
