Jason Hall Styles at London and Milan Fashion Week

Popular Edinburgh salon owner Jason Hall of Jason Hall Hairdressing spent the weekend at Milan Fashion Week prepping the hair for shows that included Cavalli and Antonio Marras. Jason is no stranger to session styling and has already been involved in Edinburgh International Fashion Festival and London Fashion Week.

At this year’s London Fashion Week Jason assisted as part of the L'Oreal Professional team, headed by lead stylists known for setting the current trends influential styles.

 

 

Maria Grachvogel - Hair by Frederico Ghezzi for L’Oréal Professionnel

Hair was an inverted pleat down each side of the head and both pleats became one pleat at back. Front and sides of hair where then heavily gelled and middle of head was gently fluffed up

 

 

 

 

 

KTZ - Hair by Tomo for L’Oréal Professionnel

Extensions were used on all models to give exceptionally long hair at the back. The front and sides of the hair was then saturated in gel and combed back to sit behind the ears and tight to the nape of the neck.

 

 

 

 

 

Ashley Isham - Hair by Charlie le Mindu for L’Oréal Professionnel

The front section of the hair was split in to two sections, tonged and secured with pins. The sides and back where gently back-combed, brushed back and a roll was formed at the nape of the neck. The front sections where then released and back-combed and dressed to sit into a soft wave and secured.

 

 

 

 

Preen - Hair by Paul Hanlon for L’Oréal Professionnel

A rough centre parting was taken with the root section from ear to parting soaked in mousse. These sections where then blow-dried flat. The back of the hair was softly and loosely tonged and fingers where then taken through the back to break up the waves.

 

 

 

 

 

Peter Pilotto - Hair by Anthony Turner for L’Oréal Professionnel

Hair was blow-dried using lots and lots of mousse. A gentle middle parting was created and lightly brushed at sides. The hair was brought back into a loose ponytail whilst still covering the ears. Finally the ponytail was gently back-brushed and sprayed with hairspray.
