Keratin Complex, the professional beauty leader in smoothing treatments, hair colour and styling products, welcomed guests from its global markets to Boca Raton, Florida for their 2015 International Summit.
The purpose of the two weekend summit was to build upon what is already a winning team effort. Keratin Complex’s goal: to go “Beyond the Bottle” with 360 degrees of support from their internal team, in order to help grow business in bookings, services, and revenues for both professionals who use, and distribute, Keratin Complex products. Mario Argenti, president of Keratin Complex, explained,
Our distributor network relationships are fundamental to Keratin Complex across our global markets. We’ve worked diligently to create a truly supportive and collaborative atmosphere between our international and U.S. teams. We feel that it’s imperative to work as one cohesive unit, not multiple divisions, to grow not only our business but also that of our salon partners.

Countries represented at the event were from the European Union (EU), Central and South America, Asia and the Middle East. Throughout the weekend, the groups broke up into planning meetings, presentations and discussions on how Keratin Complex’s team can better support their efforts through inventive products, education and sales initiatives in their respective markets. Several of the distributors were honoured with Awards of Distinction for their work to further brand recognition and sales in their region.
