Aisling Madigan and Sean Taaffe, Joint Directors of The Hair Academy at Sean Taaffe, Tralee, and Mary O’Donoghue, Director of the Sanctuary Beauty Academy, Tralee, have come together to develop several Level 3 ITEC accredited industry diploma courses for students wishing to obtain a recognised combined hair and beauty qualification.
Both Aisling Madigan and Mary O’Donoghue are independently leading industry experts in their own professions. Over the years they have noted there is a wide range of careers that require a combination of both hair and beauty skills. Therefore, in direct response to market demand, they have created the new tailored combined hair and beauty courses, which will commence in October 2015.
There are a number of course options available to suit both students entering the industry and those wishing to up-skill. The part time courses will run over ten and 20 weeks at different levels and up to Level 3 ITEC accreditation, and there is also a full time course of 15 months duration.
These new courses are a joint initiative, and both Mary and Aisling will also continue to offer their own accredited courses as normal in their respective academies in Tralee.
For more information on these new full and part time combined hair and beauty courses, and all other courses available at both colleges, visit the Sanctuary Beauty Academy Open Day on Saturday 11th April 2015. Everyone is welcome to attend the Academy Open Day from 12pm to 3pm, and there will be a presentation of the courses at 1.30pm. The Sanctuary beauty Academy is located in The Square, Tralee, and The Hair Academy is upstairs at the Sean Taaffe Hair Salon in Castle Street, Tralee. Places on the new combined hair and beauty courses are limited, so early booking is advised.
