Leeds Academy for Hairdressing and Barbering Launch New NVQ Diploma Course

Leeds Academy for Hairdressing and Barbering (LAFHAB) have recently recognised that some people want to achieve qualifications in both hairdressing and barbering, often because they want to work in, or run, a unisex salon.

LAFHAB have therefore put together a tailored course that combines both NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing with specific units from NVQ Level 2 Barbering. The new course, which is called Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing with Barbering Units, comprises the mandatory and optional units for hairdressing with four barbering units.

This course is only available on a fee-paying basis, and is not available on any funded option (apprenticeship etc).
