Original & Mineral is an Australian salon professional brand founded by Jose Bryce Smith, who opened the first ammonia-free salon in Australia 20 years ago with her then partner, a hairdresser who suffered with contact dermatitis.
Their vision was to bring nature and luxury together in a line of hair colour, care and styling products that are safe, effective, and beautiful to use. The formulations replace harsh chemicals with active natural extracts and minerals, including native Australian ingredients like Lilly Pilly, Banksia Flower, Quandong, Tasmanian Sea Kelp and Davidson Plum, as well as quality essential oils that deliver real benefits. Creates optimum texture and hold by applying to dry hair and gently working it through to create an effortless style. Infused with Carnauba Wax providing naturally occurring heat resistance, and Naturally Derived Fragrance of Sandalwood and Frankincense. Best for medium to thick hair.
Pomade (100g/£26.00)
The perfect product for all your dynamic slick backs and side parts! Can be applied on dry hair for a stronger shine and hold or wet hair for a softer hold with more definition. Infused with Safflower Seed Oil making hair softer and lighter, and Naturally Derived Fragrance of Cedarwood and Vetiver.
Clay (100g/£26.00)
Helps tame stubborn hair and provide an all-day hold with a matte finish, adding choppiness and definition with a hint of volume. Melt the product in your hands and apply freely to dry hair. Powered by Kaolin Clay which absorbs excess oil providing a matte finish, and Naturally Derived Fragrance of Bergamot and Rosemary.
Each styling tub is made from 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material and are free of Sulphates, Parabens, MIT, Phthalates, Triclosan, Propylene Glycol and Gluten. All O&M products are colour safe and PETA Certified Vegan and Cruelty Free.
