Sands Hair Achieves Investors in People Silver Award

Sands Hair, Cardiff is the 1st salon in Wales to achieve the prestigious Investors in People (IiP) Silver award. This internationally recognised Award reflects the very best in people leadership and management excellence.   With less than 10% of awarded organisations in the UK moving on to achieve Silver, this is a fantastic result for the Salon.

A highlight from the assessment process was the positive feedback on how well the Sands Team live and breathe the whole ethos of Aveda; connecting beauty, environment and well-being.
