The Check-Up
The team at Eleven Hair know that sometimes it can take a little while to adjust to a new hair style. That’s why they are introducing The Check-Up, a complimentary follow up session that is booked for a week or two after your first appointment. Clients will spend half an hour with their stylist who will help with styling tips, product suggestions or just giving them a blow dry lesson. Most people need a little extra help to make every day a 
‘good hair day’ and Eleven’s stylists know that sometimes a few tips and expert techniques can take your style from good to gorgeous!
Skin Firming Medi-Facial
Eleven Hair is adding to the beauty menu with a targeted facial treatment using infrared light for skin rejuvenation. The treatment is perfect for firming skin tone and smoothing fine lines and wrinkles and uses new infrared technology which delivers heat to the skin penetrating from 3 to 6 mm to target the dermis of the skin. Deep dermal heating induces neocollagenesis resulting in the formation of new of collagen and elastin and improving skin texture, firmness and appearance. The client can see results even after one treatment but a series of three to six sessions produces a tighter, fresher looking skin with long lasting effects. It’s pain-free and non-invasive.
This youth-giving facial also harnesses the anti-ageing Environ skincare range and combines a deeply relaxing facial massage. After a diagnostic consultation, skin is cleansed and gently exfoliated before the infrared treatment is applied. This feels like a warm massage and gently heats the skin which uniformly delivers micro-thermal injury in the dermis which stimulates the repair and remodelling process.
Next a prescription hydrating, exfoliating or anti-ageing masque is chosen according to the skin’s needs and whilst that is active on the skin, clients will enjoy a relaxing head massage. Danni Kovacheva explains,

In February and March Joseph’s film and television work took him to the set of Downton Abbey and the new Bond film, Skyfall. He styled Helena Bonham Carter for Rufus Wainwright’s new video, which is due out this month and worked with Sam McKnight on the Nicole Farhi London Fashion Week Show. The swept-back hair fell naturally over the model’s shoulders to create a clean, yet relaxed and sexy look that is sure to be copied by fashionistas this summer. Joseph Stated,
I am so influenced by the hair from the Downton era and it looks like it could be a key fashion story for Autumn/Winter 2012. The retro hair at Donna Karen and Valentino seemed to be inspired by the pre-war period.
Jason Welch, Technical Director
Eleven’s Technical Director spent the first part of the year in a whirlwind of activity for Redken as he was heavily involved in the launch of the new Chromatics range of permanent colour. Jason presented to thousands of 
hairdressers at events in Las Vegas and Berlin. This was the culmination of over a year’s work for Jason who was involved in testing the range whilst it was in development.
Eleven Hair was the first UK salon to use the Chromatics range and according to Jason it’s the most exciting colour innovation the industry has seen in years,
To be able to promise that hair will be in better condition after you apply colour is fantastic. The unique oil delivery system takes the protein and colour molecules deep into the cortex of the hair. Colour is incredibly vibrant and long lasting and my clients love the condition of their hair. This season block colour is in; this year it’s a solid colour, with no micro-lights or subtle weaving. With this kind of colour, hair needs to have incredible shine and health.
