Instead of giving clients a magazine or newspaper, introduce them to the new Strawberry Comms app. Clients are given an Apple iPad Air 2, which is loaded with up-to-the minute magazines, newspapers and news stories in real time, saving salons money on buying daily newspapers and magazines.
Clients can also access their own social media and interact with the salon’s social media live from in the salon while having their hair appointment. It can also be integrated with the salon booking system, which salons can incentivise clients to book there and then. Another very useful tool, particularly for salon groups, is that they can have tailored in-salon promotions and offers on services, upgrades, retail, treatments or loyalty offers.
