The Search is on to Find the UK’s Upcoming Hair and Beauty Stylist

Share

The search is on to find the nation’s next aspiring Nicky Clarke or Pati Dubroff, as SME Insurance launches its ‘Create the Look’ campaign.

The business insurance provider, which provides cover to hairdressers and salons, is calling on all budding hair and beauty stylists to submit images of their creations, for a chance to be crowned the UK’s top upcoming stylist and win a day with a leading stylist from an award-winning salon.

‘Create the Look’ is open to all trainee hairdressers and make-up artists and aims to provide a platform for young stylists of the future to showcase their work. In addition to the main prize, the top three stylists will each receive a luxury goodie hamper packed full of the latest hair and beauty products and equipment.

Apprentice and trainee talent can enter by sharing a photo of their work via the webpage www.smeinsurance.com/competitions/create-the-look, with a short description about how they produced the look and their tips for recreating it.

Jason Gandy, Managing Director of SME Insurance stated,

This is an exciting opportunity for up-and-coming hair stylists, make-up artists, and beauticians who are passionate about their profession and would like the opportunity to show what they can create.

The competition helps to shine a spotlight on the creative talent that is emerging within the UK’s hair and beauty sector. We hope the accolade will provide the boost needed for a successful career in this vibrant industry.
