Eleven Mayfair

Tucked away on a quiet street behind Oxford Street, Eleven Mayfair is a true beauty ‘discovery’ that quickly becomes a firm favourite with anyone looking for precision cuts, glossy blow-dries and believable colour. As the first ever London JOICO Flagship, Eleven Mayfair has reinforced its position as a leading salon in the capital.

The team all have specialist skills and a dedication to giving clients the hair they’ve always dreamt of. Christian B Toth and Sebastian Stetkiewicz are the experts in texture treatments such as the new Curecell Straightening System, which leaves hair permanently smooth but looking natural and glossy. Jason Welch, the salon’s Technical Director and JOICO Creative Technical Consultant has established himself as one of the industry’s top colourists. He creates better-than-natural hair colour that has customers always coming back for more.

The salon was the first to launch the Digital Perm and the Straight Perm and is also known for its colour expertise, the skill of their stylists and for their extensive menu of treatments. The salon is run by Georgie Wynes-Devlin who joined Eleven Salons three years ago, when she developed her passion for colour using the Redken range. She now uses JOICO and has a remarkably broad experience for her years. Frustrated with handing her colour clients over to other stylists to cut, Georgie now offers both colour and cutting services and she is also much in demand for her blow-drying skills. She specialises in finishing hair and clients love her big, bouncy, glossy blow-dries, with many women visiting her for a long-lasting weekly blow-out. Her clients also praise her natural colour and polished styles, and she works hard to help her clients love their hair, every day.

In the heart of retail heaven Eleven Covent Garden can be found on Shelton Street and like the nearby market, the salon has an infectious buzz and a lively ambience. Ben White, one of Eleven’s co-founders and Style Directors is leading the team in WC2. He has 20 years experience in the hairdressing industry and has worked in Spain, Italy, Scotland and London as a session stylist. After helping to set up Eleven Hair, Ben was voted one of London’s most talented stylists and blow drying experts by Tatler magazine. He has also carved out a reputation for cutting curly hair using a dry-cutting technique that allows him to get the best shape out of each individual type of curl.
