Hairlounge47 has provided some upbeat news despite being closed since March because of the lockdown. The village salon based in Kelvedon has been shortlisted for four awards as part of the respected British Hair & Beauty Awards 2020.
The awards recognise salons that make a real difference throughout the year and grow their business successfully.
Director, Wasif Khan has been shortlisted for Business Entrepreneur of the Year, while Manager, Caroline Lane - who formerly won UK Manager of the Year in 2018 - has been once again shortlisted for Manager of the Year. Emily Worboys, who made headlines reaching the Grand UK & Ireland Finals for the Wella TrendVision Awards last year has been shortlisted for Stylist of the Year, while Shannon Flintoff has been shortlisted for Junior Stylist of the Year.
