Vivid Hair Crowned Extensionist of the Year

It’s probably not too surprising they’ve finally won something big, because Vivid Hair has made it to the finals of Hair Extensionist of the Year and Small Business of the year awards before, as well as winning the ‘Guides for Brides’ Customer Service award both in 2016 and 2017. They’ve also received The Good Salon Guide Extensions Artist Award – putting them in the same League as the likes of Errol Douglas!

I couldn’t be prouder because our place in the final six was earned by my whole team and the quality of what we do every day. I say this is because it was based on the number and quality of reviews our customers have given online. Once we got into the final six, a panel of industry experts took an in depth look at our work and the award was given because of what they found. To have the approval of both the public and industry experts is what makes it feel so special.

I think our customers like us because we change lives. It’s incredibly satisfying to help women and children rebuild their shattered confidence after a major illness like cancer, but every day we see our clients growing in confidence as they enjoy the longer thicker fuller hair our extensions give them!
