Balmain's Effortless Summer Hair

Balmain Paris Hair Couture proudly presents their latest Spring/Summer 2020 campaign: Effortless Summer Hair, paying homage to the strong and dynamic Balmain woman featuring the empowering Rocio Crusset.

Inspired by Parisian Summer Nights, these timeless and feminine hairstyles embody elegant moments with long-lasting texture, volume, and romance with a touch of class.

The Timeless Wave

This season features model Rocio Crusset showcasing the signature hairstyle, The Timeless Wave, evoking a wild, unique and unapologetic character. The look is inspired by the breeze that evokes memories of summer nights in Paris, adding body, movement, waves, and an added touch of liveliness along the way.

Prep

The Couleurs Couture toner is applied to the full length of the hair, with its unique hybrid colour lock system that gives the hair an intensive colour spa treatment. To add volume and instant length, DoubleHair is used to maximize the voluptuous look and create more body.

Styling

Apply Balmain Texturizing Volume Spray and Texturizing Salt Spray at the base for full and bouncy hair. These hybrid products are combined with the Professional Ceramic Curling Wand, to create wavy locks and a long-lasting textured look.

Finish

Set the hair with Session Spray Strong. Brush the hair out with the All Purpose Spa Brush for a bouncy result with added shine.

 

The Effortless Straight

Showing off an effortlessly chic Rocio, The Effortless Straight look encompasses femininity, sexiness and a timeless elegance. This look represents the Balmain woman that is not afraid to show the world who she is.

Prep

Shampoo the hair using Balmain Moisturizing Shampoo, then follow with Moisturizing Conditioner. Apply a small amount of Volume Mousse at the roots. On the rest of the hair lengths, apply a small application of Pre-Styling Cream. Comb the hair evenly to fully absorb and distribute the product evenly. Spray Thermal Protection Spray sparingly over the hair surface. Use your hands to comb through the lengths of the hair.

Styling

While using the Professional Blowdryer, run your fingers through the hair to enhance its natural movement. In order to increase the weight and volume of the hair apply a few strips of Backstage Weft. Use the medium and large size Ceramic Curling Wand to style random sections for a natural look.

Finish

Set the hair with Session Spray Strong. Brush the hair out with the All Purpose Spa Brush for a shiny result.
