Collection FM-2030: Post human era already in action. C2H4’s latest collection was inspired by a person born in 1930 whose original name was F. M. Esfandiary who was a Belgian-born Iranian-American author, teacher, transhumanist philosopher, futurist, consultant and athlete.

He officially changed his name to FM 2030 to break free the traditional naming convention with his aspire for external immorality. Armed with this, C2H4, headed by Yixi Chen, created a collection that engaged their typical formula of concept, chemistry, science and culture.

With a nod to 70’s punk and cult cinema film, The Fifth Element, the hairstyles fitted the lived in street look that was generated using R+Co styling products and cult hair colour brand, Pulp Riot.

Achieve the look by using:

  • R+Co HIGH DIVE Moisture + Shine Crème - good for styles that favour moisture over hold and for a smooth-textured look.
  • R+Co SAIL Soft Wave Spray - great for all hair types to get soft waves or any other naturally tousled, shiny supple look.
  • R+Co NEON LIGHTS Dry Oil Spray - boosts hair hydration and shine, particularly great for Afro hair to soften and give shine.
