Haute Couture Hair at Home

Share

Paris Haute Couture Week is about as glamorous as it gets, with show-stopping, one-of-a-kind gowns from the world's best designers and some of the most striking beauty looks going.

If you want to recreate some of the glamour at home, then just follow these steps from award-winning hairdresser Lee Stafford on how to create the beautiful wet look up-do as seen on Kendall Jenner at the Chanel show.

  1. Take an egg sized amount of my Wet Look Gelee (£7.99, from Boots) and work it through your hair concentrating at the roots. You want a high gloss finish for this look so you may need to add a little extra product to make sure you hair is fully covered.
  2. Using the tail end of my Big Fat Backcomber (£3.99, from Boots); give yourself a very clean side parting. Aim for your parting to sit above the middle of your left eye, and neatly comb the hair on either side of your part and fasten into a ponytail that sits at the nape of your neck.
  3. Wrap the ponytail around the base and fasten with Kirby grips.
