How do I confirm / reschedule an appointment request?

In the 'Enquiries' list click on the booking and this will take you though to a page with all of their details and the details of what they have requested. Their telephone number is also in this section. Once you've spoken to them you can then either send a new email confirming the time / date of the appointment booked or simply click contacted, both of which will move the booking into the 'Contacted' list.
