Specialising in authentic American work wear with a Southern dandy twist, Mr William “Billy” Reid launched his eponymous men's brand in 2004.

Mr Reid grew up in Amite, Louisiana, where his mother ran a clothing store, while he operates his label out of Florence, Alabama.

Collection Inspiration: 60s, western, and southern inspired iterations steeped in luxury.

Hair Inspiration: An uber-natural look. We worked with the natural fall and texture of each models hair for an authentic and organic style. The minimalistic style helped to show off the detail in the handmade garments.

Kit Bag Essential: Kérastase Mousse Bouffante or Kérastase Spray À Porter to keep the look raw, but also as expensive as possible, and Kérastase Short Mania for a slight definition.

 

Step-By-Step

1. Brush the hair through so the hair falls naturally around the face.

2. Apply either Kérastase Mousse Bouffante on thick hair or Kérastase Spray À Porter on finer hair and blast dry with a hairdryer.

3. Finish with a small helping of Kérastase Short Mania to create definition and set the look. For longer hair, spritz Kérastase Spray À Porter on the ends in addition to wax to give more texture.

Tip: A flat brush will allow you to better manipulate the hair, giving you more style options.
